Frampton has long been a friend to Music City, and is where he currently resides. Many of his band members and crew currently live in Nashville as well, and Frampton continues to write, record and rehearse in the city regularly.

England's 73-year-old guitar virtuoso is proving that he can bounce back after a seemingly career-ending diagnosis. It was just four years ago that Peter Frampton announced he was suffering from inclusion body myositis, or IBM, a degenerative muscle disorder that means weakness and considerable inflammation.

Frampton is best known for such hits as “Show Me the Way”, “Baby, I Love Your Way”, “Do You Feel Like We Do”, and “I'm in You”, “Breaking All The Rules” which to this day, remain staples on classic-rock radio. He has also appeared as himself in television shows such as: The Simpsons, The Colbert Report and Family Guy.

He has continued to focus on producing and promoting world music through his Real World Records label. He has pioneered digital distribution methods for music, co-founding OD2, one of the first online music download services. Gabriel has also been involved in numerous humanitarian efforts.
